For information on upcoming teleconference calls relating to transition, visit the National Center on Secondary Education and Transition Teleconferences page.
As part of the technical assistance plan of the National Transition Alliance and the National Transition Network, monthly conference call presentations were held for a nationwide audience via telephone, and are now continued by the National Center on Secondary Education and Transition.
